Perhaps the biggest change, though, is the fact that Apple has now made Night Shift disabled by default when Low Power Mode is activated. It now reads “Less Warm” and “More Warm,” and it’s located at the bottom of the menu. Another addition to Settings is a change to the temperature slider. Instead, the toggle will now manually activate Night Shift until the next option in the automatic schedule is reached, such as a specific time, or sunrise, or sunset.Īn extension of this appears to be a change within the Night Shift Settings area, where there is now an option for “Manually Enable Until Tomorrow.” If this is selected, Night Shift will be activated until the following day’s sunrise, or another specific time. Now, when a user selects Night Shift in Control Center, the contextual menu that read “Turn On For Now” and “Turn On Until Tomorrow” no longer pops up. As first put together by MacRumors, Apple has made some slight changes, including removing a contextual menu. That includes some alterations to Night Shift Mode, and the way it is used within Control Center. IOS 9.3 is in its fifth beta stage now, and some changes that Apple implemented in the software are slowly starting to come to light.
